Formulation
Start from a proven WEICAR formula or have one developed for your specification — viscosity, solvent base, propellant, drying time, and residue behaviour adjusted to the job your product has to do.
Filling & Assembly
Aerosol filling on tinplate cans with drawn-and-ironed bodies, dip tube assembly, and 360° actuator valves that spray at any angle, including inverted.
Branding & Print
Your artwork applied by overprinting or labelling, with cap and actuator colour options. Send print-ready files or a brief and we will prepare the wrap.
Regulatory Labelling
Multi-language hazard and usage text prepared for your target markets, so the can arrives compliant instead of needing a relabel on landing.
Quality Control
ISO-certified production with QC/QA testing protocols and full batch traceability on every unit produced.
Logistics
Standard 500 ml format cased in 24s and palletised in 1920s on 100 × 120 × 215h pallets — predictable freight planning from the first order.
